Chicks Unleashed brings together women of all abilities & experience who share a passion for the mountains and would like to further their walking, mountaineering or climbing in an all-female environment. The clinics are led by Britain's top female professionals, picked for their instructional expertise and enthusiasm for the mountains and the people with whom they work.

If you fancy doing any of our clinics with your fella or a bunch of boys, we'd be delighted to help you out. Please contact Rosie directly. Want to see what we're up to: view our online calendar.

spring Social Meet, June 2008

Well, we've had a bit of a change of hearty for our Social Meet, with the dates now on the 20th - 22nd of June at the famous CIC Hut beneath the northern faces of Ben Nevis. This is a wonderful place to visit, and makes a perfect base for the beautiful Carn Mor Dearg arrete that sweeps round to the summit of the UK's highest mountain. Of course, there's an incredible range of mountaineering ridges and classic rock routes too.

These meets have turned out to be an enormous success and a brilliant way to get to know other mountain loving women, and if you'd like to brush up on some skills we'll have a few skills sessions on the go.

3 places on our Cuillin Munros adventure in June

The Cuillin Munros, 16 - 20th June 2008
£349, 1:4, 5 day

Given it's nature some prefer to experience the ridge at a more leisurely pace. There are numerous day trips, and if the weather is more challenging we travel to other areas on the island.

If you're interested in this please contact us for more information, as there is much to know.

weather, conditions & avalanche info

Our very dormant news page is now very useful! We spend alot of time keeping an eye on weather & conditions, and we appreciate that it's hard to find all the right stuff in one place. So, our news page has links to all the 'right' sites. We are happy to give advice on conditions and route choice.
