V. COSTS & CONDITIONS
Fees:
The prices below include your selected section of the journey and any group equipment required.
Indicate the number of days you are doing any activity and work out the total. Please remember that the Isle of Skye section is slightly more than the other sections.
Payment should be made by cheque or card.
A deposit of 50% of your course should be sent straight away.
The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to the start of the course.
Cheques should be made payable to Chicks Unleashed and sent to Chicks Unleashed, Flat 1/2a, 24 Royal Crescent, Kelvingrove, Glasgow, G3 7SL. Direct payments can be made into the Chicks Unleashed account: Bank of Scotland, 80 22 60, 06153184. Please use your name to reference your payment. We will contact you on receiving your booking form to check you’re happy with your choice.

Individuals should arrange appropriate cancellation and curtailment insurance and accident cover as required.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
I am physically fit for the course I have chosen.
I understand that the weather and climbing conditions can be severe and fickle. If your course is adversely affected by the conditions we will endeavour to provide suitable and relevant alternative training.
I appreciate that my course may be hazardous by its nature and accept a certain element of risk.
I agree to abide by such regulations as Chicks Unleashed may consider advisable.
I understand that if I make an alteration to a booking once an invoice has been raised I must give my new instructions in writing and an amendment fee of £35.00
I understand if I transfer or cancel my booking within 6 weeks prior to the start of the course and if my place cannot be filled then I will be liable for the full course fee.
Bookings must be accompanied by a 50% deposit and the amount must be paid in full 6 weeks prior to the start of the weekend.
